Tabata is a 4 minutes High-intensity interval training (HIIT) which require sprinting at your top speed for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds, and then sprinting again at top speed and rest again, for a total of 8 sets.
Sometimes Tabata workout could be boring and you're not pushing to your top speed.
Now you can add Tabata to your workout and accompany with music !!!
